Exams are scored approximately two weeks after the class date. The ServSafe exam is a 90 question multiple choice exam, and you must achieve a minimum score of 75% to be certified. ServSafe Exam administered at conclusion of class. The book with exam form is available at a discounted price when purchased at the time you register for the class. If you do not arrive at class with the correct book and an unused exam form, you will be required to purchase one for $75. The current edition is the 7th edition, released in 2017. You MUST have the current edition of the ServSafe Manager Book, with an unused exam form. ![]() The ServSafe certifications are accepted in all states and jurisdictions that recognize the standards set by ANSI and CFP. Accredited by The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Conference for Food Protection (CFP), certification is the gold standard of food safety management certification. ServSafe is recognized internationally for its tests and service delivery standards and practices. A one day class that culminates in the ServSafe Certification Exam Successful completion of the exam will result in receiving a ServSafe Food Safety Certification.
